Hi, I'm Cam.
I learned this the hard way

Over the past 20 years I’ve started, bought, sold and helped grow businesses across multiple industries. Some succeeded. Others didn’t. Every one of them taught me something about pricing, cash flow, people and profit.

The reason Tradie Doctor exists is simple.

I enjoy solving problems.

I’ve spent more than 20 years building businesses.

Some worked brilliantly. Some taught expensive lessons. I’ve dealt with the ATO, creditors, lawyers, cash flow problems, difficult staff, pricing mistakes and the realities of running a trade business.

The reason Tradie Doctor exists is simple.

I enjoy helping tradies build better businesses.

I enjoy building plans, improving systems and helping trade business owners work through challenges.Most of the issues tradies face aren’t unique. They’re just hard to see when you’re in the middle of them.

I’ve lived enough of them myself to know that sometimes the answer isn’t more work.

Alongside me is my dad, Glenn, who brings decades of business consulting experience, and Colin, who provides the financial expertise.
